5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email.
You can use this ID to track your order on the courier’s website.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your item is damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Send photos/video of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns and exchanges are allowed if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You request a return within 2 days
The product is unused and in original condition

Innerwear, personal items, and clearance-sale products cannot be returned.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
