Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- The return request is made within 2 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear
- Personal care items
- Items bought under clearance sale or offer
- Used or worn products
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team on WhatsApp or email within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Send photos/video of the product showing the issue.
- Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.
Once approved:
- You may be required to ship the product back (reverse pickup depends on the pincode).
- The product must be safely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Order not delivered due to our mistake
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after product inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be sent via the original payment method or bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
If the product is eligible:
- You may request an exchange for a different size or replacement piece.
- Exchange depends on stock availability.
- If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- If the order is already dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
7. Wrong Address / Unreachable Customer
No refund will be provided if:
- The address is incorrect
- The customer is not reachable
- The courier is unable to deliver due to customer-side reasons
However, re-shipping can be arranged with additional shipping charges.
